Biaxially oriented polyamide film referred to as BOPA film, the main raw material is polycaprolactam, referred to as nylon 6 or PA6, which is melted, extruded and casted by special equipment, and then stretched longitudinally and transversely into film.

We have several independent researched and developed (DHB) simultaneous BOPA thin film production lines and two sequential BOPA thin film production lines. Our mechanical simultaneous technology innovation is in an advantageous place within the industry. The annual production capacity of the BOPA film is nearly 35,000 tons with its products widely applied in industry, agriculture, food preservation, pharmaceutical packaging as well as electronics industry packaging.
